Bar design

Proud Galleries owner, Alex Proud wanted an adaptable outdoor space for his Camden-based photography gallery that could be used as a bar, music and events venue. Working with Byron Parr and Premjit Vorakoondumrong, the concept was to extend the gallery's white walls and imagery out on to the unused space behind the gallery beside railway tracks. This led to the design of a 300 sqm terrace furnished with bespoke printed deckchairs - using images from the gallery's archive of musical icons - and an atmospherically-lit canopy and cocktail bar area.

NB Sadly, due to the redevelopment of The Stables Market, this incarnation of the bar no longer exists.
