Originally conceived as a product for Wunderville, Dr Jumbo's range of Curative Soaps are made to original Victorian recipes: sulphur, carbolic and pine tar. Their use, as the screen printed packaging suggests, may invoke incantatory properties to 'arouse charm in the beastly and purify the unworthy', 'eradicate abnormalities and signs of oddness' and 'summon attention to the unloveable and cursed'.
